Downloading is easy, simply add the book you intend on purchasing to your cart. You can then click the cart button at the top of the page or the “view cart” button that automatically pops up to checkout. When you arrive at checkout, simply enter your informaiton (we promise the website is SSL secured) and choose your payment option. Once your payment is successful the book will appear in your email (as a link) or on your bookshelf available on this website.

Credit/Debit/Charge/Visa-Linx Cards from major providers such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and similar are all available. Bank transfer is also an option however please note these are manual options unlike instant options with the cards listed above. We will need to ensure the Bank Transfer is successful before we issue the books to you.

You can check your email for an invoice where a link will be provided to download. However it’s always available on the website. You had 3 copies per purchase. Simply click the “My Bookshelf” under “Log In/Register”

An affiliate can customize their affiliate ID / referral ID / tracking ID from their ‘My Account’ area by following below steps:
1. Go to clicuniverse.com website > Affiliate Account > Affiliate Dashboard > My Account > Affiliate > Profile
2. Click on the ‘pencil’ icon besides ‘Your affiliate identifier is’.
3. Insert identifier i.e. own name, brand name or other combination of letters only.
4. Click on Save.
5. If that identifier is available, you will be able to use it else you will be promoted to
enter a new value.
The new affiliate ID will be reflected besides ‘Your referral URL is’ section and the new affiliate referral link will be visible next to ‘Your referral URL is’ section.

Note – Default affiliate ID will be a number i.e. {user_id}. Affiliates can change it to a name for simplicity. However, numbers or special characters are not allowed.

The affiliate whose referral URL was clicked last will earn the commission.

Yes. Currently, the affiliate system calculates commission for those orders which are placed by the affiliate himself. If the store admin doesn’t want to give the commission for such orders, they can mark such orders as “Rejected” from the affiliate dashboard in the admin panel.

Commissions are calculated on all your monthly sales, based on the calendar month. Sales closes off at 11:59pm on the last day of the month. Commissions are paid on the 15 the day of the following month.

Predominantly, commissions will be paid via Bank Transfer/deposit or any of the available
payout options. The affiliate must select the desired commission payout option and provide
the relevant details to facilitate timely commission payment.
